BoostHaus Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation. Once processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Times:

Belgium: 7–10 business days

EU countries (Netherlands, Germany, France, etc.): 7–14 business days

Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary by destination. Standard shipping within the EU is €9.99 per order.

Delays:
Please note that customs inspections, holidays, or courier delays are beyond our control and may impact delivery times.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at info@boosthaus.be. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

Wrong Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
